Due to the 3D printing process, minor surface variations may occur

Unless explicitly stated, our products are not safety-certified and are intended for decorative or costume use only.

Items such as helmets or props must not be used as protective equipment.

4. Orders

Orders may be placed as a guest or via an account
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel orders where necessary

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated
Payment must be made at the time of ordering

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order or customised.

Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started
These items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described

7. Shipping

We ship within the UK and internationally
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
