This policy outlines your rights when purchasing from Duck3DPrint, in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.

To be eligible for a return:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning items under the 14-day cooling-off period. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

2. Custom & Personalised Items

Items that are made to order, customised, or personalised are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

This includes custom 3D printed items and made-to-order products.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is:

We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary.
